672.14 SLING SHOT; BOW AND ARROW; AIR RIFLE.

(a) No person shall maliciously or recklessly throw, shoot, cast or sling by hand, or by means of a sling shot, bow or an air gun or otherwise, any stone, arrow, pellet or other missile. (Ord. 1958-25. Passed 5-27-58.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
