660.28 PLACEMENT OF RUBBISH FOR COLLECTION.

(a) Garbage or waste containers with refuse, waste, garbage, and/or clippings shall not be placed in front of any house or other building by the owner, agent, lessee or occupant of that house or building prior to 6:00 p.m. on the evening immediately preceding the day scheduled for refuse collection.

(b) Anyone who violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
