660.22 MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE ROAD.

(a) The owner of a private road or any portion of a private road along which homes have been built shall maintain such road in a safe and usable condition, free from dust, obstructions and nuisances, and it shall be unlawful not to maintain such a road as herein stipulated. (Ord. 1754. Passed 5-10-55.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
