   660.14 SEWER OR DRAIN CONNECTIONS.
   (a)    No person shall make sewer or other drain connections into any pipe or culvert not approved and consented to as provided in this chapter.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
