   660.03 BURNING OF ANIMAL EXCREMENT AND FEATHERS.
   (a)    No person shall deposit or burn in an incinerator any animal excrement or the feathers of any fowl.
(Ord. 1972-95. Passed 1-16-73.)
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
