649.17 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING DISTRICT PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.

   (a)    Any property use established in a zoning district, as defined and designated under the provisions of the Independence Zoning Code, shall be so operated as to comply with the performance standards governing noise set forth hereinafter for the district in which such use shall be located.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02. (Ord. 1999-52. Passed 11-9-99.)
