630.06 TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT RESTRICTIONS.

(a) The customary door-to-door canvassing carried out in connection with trick or treat activities within the City shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., inclusive, on one night per year as designated by the Mayor, and only children of residents shall be permitted to canvass within the City. Participating children must be strictly supervised during canvassing hours by their parents or another designated adult.

(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
