630.05 JUVENILE CAMPING.

   (a)    Before any child under eighteen years of age or group of children under such age shall tent, camp, sleep or spend the night outdoors within the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the parent, guardian or person in charge of such child or group of children shall notify a regular member of the Police Department of the Municipality of the location of such tenting, camping or sleeping out, the name or names of such children and the name of the person responsible for or in charge of such children.

   (b)    Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
