622.14 UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF BLANK DRUG PRESCRIPTION FORMS.

(a) No person other than a practitioner, as defined in Section 622.01, or a person authorized by such practitioner shall knowingly have in his possession any paper that has lettered thereon only the name, address, telephone number and other such professional information concerning such practitioner and that can be used for making a written prescription for drugs.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
