620.04 HOURS OF BLASTING.

   (a)    No blasting shall be done pursuant to such permit except in accordance with the following regulations:

      (1)   No blasting shall be done between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., nor at any time on Sunday.

      (2)   All special and general provisions in the interest of public safety relating to the method of blasting prescribed by the Chief of Police shall be strictly complied with.

   (b)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
