612.10 CONSUMPTION AND/OR POSSESSION ON MUNICIPAL OR SCHOOL PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall consume and/or have in his possession or his control any beer, malt beverage, wine or intoxicating liquor in any Municipal or school building, in or on any Municipal playground, swimming pool, parking lot, recreational area or service area or on any road, street or lane in and upon any such Municipal or school property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
