608.14 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This chapter shall become effective immediately upon its enactment provided that persons owning or using existing equipment or fuels not in conformance with the requirements set forth in subsections (a), (b), (c) and (e) of Section 608.07 shall, on or before May 26, 1968, comply or apply for an exemption under the provisions of Section 608.10.
