608.05 REPORTING OF INFORMATION.

   (a)    Persons engaged in operations which may result in air pollution shall, if so required, file with the Service Department reports containing information as to:

      (1)    Location and description of source;

      (2)    Rate, duration and composition of contaminant emission; and

      (3)    Such other information as the Department may require.

   (b)    Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree for each subsequent offense. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
