606.28 DESTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY; DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.

(a) No person shall willfully or maliciously destroy, injure or deface, or attempt to destroy, injure or deface, or discharge a firearm at or toward, any vehicle, equipment, property or building of the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
