606.27 PROPELLING OBJECTS AT POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT PROPERTY.

   (a)    No person shall throw or by any other means propel a stone, rock or other hard substance at or toward any vehicle, equipment, property or building of the Police or Fire Department.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
