345.06 PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.

   No permit shall be issued by the Police Chief for such moving unless and until the applicant has furnished satisfactory evidence of public liability insurance in the amount of not less than one hundred fifty thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($150,000/$300,000) for personal injury and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for property damage.
