345.05 POLICE SUPERVISION.

In case of the moving of any vehicle or machinery of an aggregate weight of twenty tons or more, the Police Chief shall designate a police officer to supervise such moving so that interference with traffic is avoided and injury to the highway prevented. The person in charge of such moving shall comply with and conform to the instructions and orders of such police officer in the matter of such moving.
