345.04 PERMIT FEE.

   The Police Chief shall charge and collect a fee, payable to the City of Independence, based upon the aggregate weight of the structure, vehicle or machinery, as follows:

 

Under ten tons	$ 3.00
Ten to twenty tons	10.00
Over twenty tons	20.00
