345.02 PERMIT ISSUED BY POLICE CHIEF.

Such permit shall be issued by the Police Chief subject to the conditions and provisions of this chapter and all other applicable laws of this City or the State, and shall specify the street or streets upon or over which such vehicle or machinery is to be moved or transported, the nature thereof, its aggregate weight, its width and length, and the date and the hours within which such moving shall be done.
