313.09 RIGHT TURNS ON RED PROHIBITED.

   Pursuant to Section 313.03(c)(4) and notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, right turns on red, when a sign giving notice thereof is properly posted, shall be prohibited as follows:

   (a)    For traffic traveling east on Rockside Road and making a right turn onto the I-77 southerly entrance ramp;

   (b)    For traffic traveling north on I-77 and making a right turn onto Rockside Road;

   (c)    For traffic traveling west on Stone Road and making a right turn onto Brecksville Road, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; and

   (d)    For traffic traveling east on Chestnut and making a right turn onto Brecksville Road, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
