§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate a provision this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of § 150.01 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine of not less than $50, plus costs and other orders and sanctions which may be imposed by the court, for each infraction. Repeat offenses shall be subject to increased fines as provided for in the Civil Infraction Ordinance, being Chapter 35 of this code.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 150.30 through 150.41 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine of not less than $50, plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction. Repeat offenses under these sections shall be subject to increased fines as provided by § 35.02(C)(2).

   (D)    Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 150.65 through 150.75 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine of not less than $50, plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction. Repeat offenses under these sections shall be subject to increased fines as provided by § 35.02(C)(2).
