§ 130.33 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Each violation of the provisions of §§ 130.30 through 130.32 shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any such minor violating the provisions of § 130.30 shall be deemed a delinquent or neglected child as defined in the statutes of the state and shall be brought before the juvenile court having jurisdiction over said minor. The minor shall be dealt with by the court as provided by law.
