§ 130.30 LOITERING OF MINORS.
   It shall be unlawful for any minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in, or be found upon public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or any public place, between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day, official city time, if such minor is under the age of 17 years; provided, however, that the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of such minor; nor where the minor is in the performance of an errand or duty directed by such parent, guardian or custodian, nor where the minor is returning home from any school dance or school entertainment; nor where the legal employment of such minor makes it necessary to be upon the streets, alleys or other public places during the night-time after the specified hour.
