(A) No person shall keep any horses, cattle, sheep, swine, goats, mules, or other livestock or fowl within the corporate city limits of the city, except where such animals are kept or displayed in the regular course of conducting an agricultural fair and races connected therewith.
(B) No person shall keep any doves or pigeons which shall damage buildings or other property by depositing excreta thereon.
