§ 92.09 PASSENGERS ON MOTOR VEHICLES.
   No person shall operate or ride as a passenger on any motorcycle, motorbike, minibike, go-cart, snowmobile, or any other motorized vehicle, except in those areas expressly designated for these vehicles by the city.
