The Officers of Lapeer County Animal Control Department are authorized to enforce §§ 91.08 and 91.99 and are designated as authorized city officials to issue municipal civil infraction citations (directing alleged violators to appear in court) or municipal civil infraction violation notices (directing alleged violators to appear at the Municipal Ordinance Violations Bureau) as provided in Chapter 35 of this code.
