(A) Prohibition. No semi-trailers, truck bodies, bus bodies, mobile homes or similar units shall be used as accessory structures, temporary dwellings, or storage units within the city. This section does not prohibit the use of a mobile home for a residence in areas zoned for that purpose nor does it prohibit the parking of licensed vehicles or trailers so long as said units are used for transportation purposes only.
(B) Nuisance. The presence of a dismantled, partially dismantled or inoperable motor vehicle, parts of a motor vehicle, or prohibited semi-trailer, truck body, bus body or mobile home on any land in violation of the terms of this section is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
