Copies of §§ 152.20 through 152.28 and 152.40 through 152.44 shall be filed with the County Recorder, the County Assessor, and the State Division of Aeronautics of the state’s Transportation Department. All amendments, permits, and variances, granted pursuant to authority herein, shall be recorded and filed at county level in a manner prescribed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
