It shall be the duty of the Airport Zoning Administrator to administer and enforce the regulations prescribed in §§ 152.20 through 152.28. Applications for variances shall be made to the Airport Zoning Administrator upon a form furnished by the Zoning Administrator. Variance applications shall be forthwith transmitted to the Airport Zoning Administrator for action by the Board of County Commissioners, as is hereinafter provided. Unless otherwise provided for by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners, the Airport Zoning Administrator shall be the Board of County Commissioners.
