(A) Basis. The public waters of the city have been classified below consistent with the criteria found in Minn. Rules part 6120.3300, as it may be amended from time to time, and the Protected Waters Inventory Map for the county.
(B) Shoreland. The shoreland area for the water bodies listed in divisions (C) and (D) below shall be as defined in § 152.007 of this chapter and as shown on the official zoning map.
(C) General development lakes. Campbell Lake and Otter Lake: Protected Waters Inventory identification no. 43-85-P.
(D) Urban river. South Fork Crow River; legal description: Crow River Dam to southeast corporate limits.
