This shoreland chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization and policies contained in M.S. Ch. 103G, as it may be amended from time to time, Minn. Rules parts 6120.2500 through 6120.3900, as they may be amended from time to time, and the planning and zoning enabling legislation in M.S. Ch. 462 (for municipalities), as it may be amended from time to time.
