§ 131.02 UNLAWFUL USE AND FURNISHING OF TOBACCO.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to use or be in possession of tobacco as defined in § 113.02(B) of this code in any form.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to furnish tobacco as defined in § 113.02(B) of this code, by any manner or means and in any form, to any person under the age of 21 years.
