(A) Generally. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty has been established shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Curfew penalties.
(1) Minors. Any minor found to be in violation of § 131.01 of this chapter may be adjudicated delinquent and shall be subject to the dispositional alternatives set forth in M.S. § 260B.198, as it may be amended from time to time.
(2) Adults. Any adult person found to be in violation of § 131.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(C) Unlawful display of indecent publications. Any person in violation of § 131.03 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
