§ 130.05 FIREARMS; CARRYING REQUIREMENTS; LOADING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession or within a motor vehicle on a street or highway any firearm unless:
      (1)   It is unloaded and in a case expressly made to contain a firearm that fully encloses the firearm by being zipped, snapped, buckled, tied or otherwise fastened, and without any portion of the firearm exposed; or
      (2)   It is unloaded and in the closed trunk of a motor vehicle.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession any firearm or pistol while on another person’s private property without the consent of the owner or person in control of that property.
