§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violations of § 130.08 of this chapter are misdemeanor offenses punishable by fines up to $1,000 and/or 90 days in jail.

   (C)   A violation of §§ 130.35 through 130.43 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor under state law. Civil penalties shall be subject to assessment according to state law. However, nothing in this division (B) shall be construed to limit the city’s other available legal remedies for any violation of the law, including licensing sanctions, criminal, civil and injunctive actions. The provisions herein do not limit the application of any other state law or rule or city ordinance. In addition, violations or failure to pay civil fines may result in future license ineligibility.
