(A) A licensee may not receive as a pledge or otherwise, or accept for consignment or sale, any firearm as defined in § 130.01 of this code of ordinances, unless the licensee also maintains a federal firearms dealer’s license.
(B) A licensee may not receive as a pledge or otherwise, or accept for consignment or sale, any assault weapon.
(C) A licensee may not use out-of-state identification for the sale, consignment or pawning of any firearm.
