§ 130.01  “FIREARMS” DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREARM. A gun that discharges shot or any projectile by means of an explosive, gas, carbon dioxide, compressed air or other vapor, but not pistols.
