(a) No owner or operator of any premises or place of business licensed under an Ohio State Liquor Permit designated as D-1, D-2, D-3, D-3a, D-4 or D-5 shall allow any minor under the age of eighteen years to, nor shall any such minor, be or remain upon any such premises or place of business, unless accompanied by such minor’s parent, legal guardian or custodian.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
