1333.14 DEMOLITION.

If the owner of a dwelling or structure fails to comply with a final order to repair or demolish a dwelling or structure, then the Building Inspector may cause the dwelling or structure to be demolished and the costs shall be assessed against the premises, in accordance with Section 1333.18. (Ord. 1992-101. Passed 1-14-92.)
