1333.18 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The right of the Building Inspector or a member of Council or the Planning and Zoning Commission to inspect or examine a dwelling or other structure under this chapter is subject to the necessity of obtaining a proper warrant in those instances where entry is refused, in accordance with the due process requirements of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
