On corner lots , no fence, structure, earth forms or vegetation which creates a traffic hazard by obstructing the view of vehicles and/or pedestrians traveling within the right-of-way shall be erected, constructed, installed or maintained between the required building setback lines and the street line for a distance of seventy-five (75) feet from the intersection in either direction.
