§ 50.22 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT.
   (A)   If the utility service bill is not paid within 15 days from the date due thereof, as stated on the bill, the user of the water shall have a reminder notice stamped on the following utility service bill. If the utility service bill still remains unpaid as of the next following billing date, a disconnect notice shall be stamped on that utility service bill. If the utility service bill is not timely paid, the water service shall be terminated pursuant to § 50.62.
   (B)   When the water is turned off for nonpayment of the utility bill, a charge of $100 shall be made for disconnecting the water service. This charge, as well as all delinquent bills and the redeposit as per § 50.23(B), must be paid before the water will be reconnected.
