§ 113.24 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.

No license issued under § 113.20 shall be transferable, nor shall any person, other than the person named in the license, be permitted to use the same, nor shall any license protect any person from incurring the penalties prescribed by §§ 10.99 and 113.26 except the licensee named in the license.
