§ 113.26 UNINVITED SOLICITORS; SOLICITORS ASKED TO LEAVE.
   (A)   Any transient merchant, hawker, or peddler, being uninvited, who goes on or upon residential property in the city, without a license as provided by this chapter, shall be deemed to have committed a nuisance, unless the entry shall be exempted from the operation of this chapter.

   (B)   It shall be a breach of the peace for a transient merchant, peddler, hawker, or solicitor to enter the private residence of any citizen of the city over the objection of anyone in attendance therein, or to fail to leave the premises upon request or demand, or to molest any person on the public thoroughfares of the city.
