§ 99.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEPARTMENT OF A PARKS AND RECREATION
   The day-to-day operations of the Parks and Recreation Department shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety in accordance with § 30.11(A)(6). The Mayor may appoint a Superintendent in accordance with § 30.12.
