§ 95.28 DETERMINATION AND COLLECTION OF CHARGES AND COLLECTIONS.

(A) The city's designee at the landfill shall required reasonable proof of residence as a precondition of permitting the percentage discounts hereinabove provided in §§ 95.26 and 95.27.

(B) The foregoing charges as determined in accordance with §§ 95.26 and 95.27 shall be assessed and collected by the city's designee on duty at the time of, and before, deposit and deposited daily with, or as directed by, the City's Clerk-Treasurer, unless prior credit arrangements are made to the satisfaction of the City's Clerk-Treasurer.
