§ 72.35 BLOCKING ENTRANCES, EXIT TO PARKING AREA PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to block entrances or exits to any parking area adjacent to any business building or public building in any manner, whether by vehicle, persons, or barricades, unless by direction of the owner or manager of any public building or business, whereby doing so causes any difficulty in entering or exiting the premises or an adjacent drive or parking area, except for the purpose of repairs by municipal authorities or private contractors engaged by the owner.
