If the Mayor determines that conditions within the city have created the need for travel advisory restrictions without a local disaster emergency declaration under § 72.51, the Mayor may issue an "advisory" or a "watch" level travel advisory. A "warning" level travel advisory may be issued only after the Mayor has declared a local disaster emergency under § 72.51.
