(a) City of Hudson Water shall be utilized for all new development regardless of its designation (residential, commercial, institutional, recreational or industrial) located within 2,640 feet of existing City of Hudson water supply lines within the corporate limits of the City, unless a waiver of this requirement is granted by Council or exempted by Section 1207.11.
(b) Any new development of lots or subdivisions must include in its plan the extension of water from existing City supplies as set forth in subsection (a).
(c) Utilization of any other public water must be approved by Council once a waiver is granted.
