(a) Whoever violates or fails to conform to any of the provisions and requirements of the National Electrical Code adopted in Section 1418.01, or fails to comply with any order made thereunder, or violates any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, shall, severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively, be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) The application of the penalty provided in subjection (a) hereof shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
